Mohammad Kamrul Hasan is a highly accomplished Human Resources and Administration professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in strategic HR leadership, organizational development, talent management, employee relations, and corporate administration. As the Executive Director and Advisor, HR & Administration at Sako Landmark Limited, he plays a pivotal role in strengthening the company's human capital strategy, operational excellence, and organizational culture while contributing to its long-term business growth.

He also serves as the Executive Director of the Rupkotha Project, one of Sako Landmark Limited's visionary developments, where he provides strategic leadership, project coordination, and administrative oversight to ensure the successful execution of the project in alignment with the company's commitment to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

Mr. Hasan holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mathematics from Jahangirnagar University and an MBA from IIUC (International Islamic University Chittagong). His strong academic foundation, combined with practical leadership experience, has enabled him to successfully manage complex organizational challenges and implement modern HR practices.

Before joining Sako Landmark Limited, he served as Head of HR & Administration at Dewhirst Group, DEPZ, where he was responsible for developing HR policies, workforce planning, compliance, employee engagement, and organizational performance management. He also held the position of Head of HR & Administration at Maheen Accessories Limited, a concern of the Impress Group, where he contributed significantly to organizational transformation, talent acquisition, leadership development, and corporate governance.
